All original software applications, custom code, product platforms (School ERP, College Management, Inventory, Pharmacy, HMIS), designs, graphics, and documentation displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of STPL. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Technical professionals, software developers, and consultants deputed by STPL to client sites operate under standard service level agreements (SLAs) and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) executed between STPL and the client organization.
STPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized portal use, third-party network outages, or improper handling of user credentials.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with STPL services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
